1. How do I receive the book I ordered?
After your order you will receive a confirmation email with a link to instantly download the book you just ordered!
2. In what format are the books?
All our books are in PDF format.
3. What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards in the world. All payments made through the platform will go through Stripe, which is the best and most secure payment provider available on the market.
4. I can't find the book I am looking for. What can I do?
We are updating our collection of agronomy books daily so hopefully very soon you will get to find your book. You can always message us with the title you need and maybe we can have it soon in our shop.
5. I am a writer. Can I sell my book through your platform?
Of course you can .Send us a message with more details about your book/s.
6. Is it safe to shop here?
You are in safe hands in here. We use SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer) so a connection between our server and you is encrypted.
This means it cannot be viewed by third parties. Also all transactions are handled by STRIPE so your card details are never stored localy to our website.
7. Can I get a refund?
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on our website are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
8. In what language are the books written?
All our books are written in English. If a book is written in a different language it will be explicitly refered on its page.
9. Are the ebooks protected with DRM?
The books are protected with the so called social DRM that identifies the end costumer – “the buyer” through a visual and hidden methods. It stamps the book with the buyer's name and email. The hidden information can only be recognized by software. In order to remove it someone must have an intimate knowledge with the propriatry algorithm used by Agrobooks.
10. Are the ebooks password protected?
A password is needed to open the books. You will receive it together with the link to download the book.
11. How to read PDF on Kindle?
- Link a unique email address to your Kindle device or app, when it is first activated.
- Then send an email to that unique address with your chosen PDF document attached.
- Once received, the PDF will appear in the library alongside your other eBooks.
- Open your PDF file from your library, and read like you would any other eBook!
